Zeke – MO – Adopted

Update 8/19/18 – Zeke has been adopted!

Hi my name is Zeke! I am an adoptable deaf Merle Aussie looking for a new loving home with someone who will be my best friend, play with me, teach me new things and always keep me safe. I am very energetic, and on my first full foster day my foster dad put on a doggie fitbit on me. I did over 9 miles of activity on my first day! I am really good with other pups, adults, and older children, but I am still a playful puppy. I am a very fast learner. I even got to learn how to go in and out of the doggie door so I could go play around the yard and sniff all of the flowers.

I’m not so great with cats, so my perfect home probably shouldn’t have them. I was born without my hearing, and a bit of vision impairment, but that sure doesn’t stop me from being a fun loving puppy. I’ve been learning to fetch, and have no problems finding my way around or going up and down stairs. In fact my foster dad says being deaf is my puppy superhero power, I’m not afraid of thunder or fireworks!

My ideal house would have a large fenced yard for me to play in, another energetic dog to play with, and someone who can take me on long walks or runs. I am every bit of what you’d call a velcro dog, so be prepared to never go to the bathroom alone again, because I always want to be with you! I know you’ll fall in love with me, and hope you can come and make me part of your forever home. Love, -Zeke
