Meet adoptable deaf four year old bully mix Whitey who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, become her new best friend and always keep her safe.

From her current caregiver: Rehoming – we have been fostering this little girl for the last 3 months. A friend adopted her and decided they did not want a dog. We fell in love with her and could not think of her sitting in a shelter so we have been fostering her and trying to find her a new home.

We call her Whitey or Mooka or Swiggy lee, everyone has a different name for her because she is deaf. She is probably one of the most loving dogs I’ve been around. She loves people and wants to be next to you at all times. We’ve taught her a couple hand signs. She is a great jogging dog and walker although she gets really excited when she sees other dogs. She is cat reactive but we think she is just interested (our cat won’t let her get close enough to find out) and she is a dominate female and has had a couple of incidents with my dominate female bulldog but over a little time they have come to understand their place in the pack.

We would keep her but we already have our limit on dogs and cats. I will not give this dog to just anyone, everyone will be vetted to make sure she goes to a loving safe home and if you are close to us we will dog sit for free when you go out of town. She is chipped, spayed and has all her shots.
