Update 6/5/17: Great news Vigo has been adopted!
My human friends have discovered that I am at least partially, if not totally, deaf. It’s hard to tell, since I so eagerly try to please my people and I am so obedient with my commands. If I am totally deaf, it’s no big deal. I have adapted really well to hand signals and, of course, love!
