Meet adoptable deaf 10 month old Catahoula Leopard Dog Seymour who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make positive reinforcement training/socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep him safe.
From his caregiver: Seymour is a very good dog, he is good with other dogs and cats, he is up to date with shots and he is neutered. He’s very playful and loves going on walks, we got him from the SPCA and they do not think he will be adopted by them if we return him but I just lost my job a month ago and we are struggling to pay bills and care for him properly, we are just looking to give him to a very good family who will love and cherish him as much as we have the few months, as he was in the shelter for a few months before we got him. He doesn’t like cages, but our apartment requires if we aren’t home to cage him. But he is a big cuddle bug and loves to snuggle under the blanket at night. He is just a big lap dog!
