From his shelter advocate: Rubix can’t hear a thing.
But if you can’t tell by they look on his face, it doesn’t bother him at all.
He’s a happy a dog can be.
From the first minute he came to us, he quickly won the hearts of the staff here.
He can’t wait to get out of his kennel and go for walks when he sees the volunteers.
Everybody loves his sweet personality.
