From his rescue advocate: Deaf dog Rocky has had four years of neglect—outside with a heavy chain to the ground in West Georgia, with no shelter, no bed, and dirty water in a crummy trailer park. He was recently rescued from this cruel situation. He is finally free and happy as of 1/31/25. He is looking for a warm, loving home immediately where he will thrive, learn new sign cutes, become someone’s very best friend and stay safe. He is super sweet and he loves people and attention.
Rocky is deaf, but you would never know and it does not impact him! He does not bark. Rocky is very low maintenance and he just looks to his humans for love and guidance.
