Rayne – Adopted

Update 6/04/17 Great news Rayne has been adopted!

Rayne is a bit of a velcro dog, as is true of many deaf dogs – since they can’t hear a person, they depend on their sight. So Rayne at this point is Kate’s shadow :) As he decompresses and relaxes, he’ll figure out that if she’s out of sight, it doesn’t mean that she’s disappeared.

Rayne is such a good boy – he has been smiling a LOT, and we are smiling right along with him!

Today he took a walk to get ice cream, and then to the park, and had such a good time!
