Chris and I are so blessed to be able to meet wonderful animal advocates and we are so fortunate to have a little rescue warrior princess right here in the Roanoke Valley. She is a beautiful hearing Boston Terrier named Queen Little Miss Missy and her mama and daddy Debbie Weddle and Michael Weddle hosted a very special fundraiser this Christmas. Missy, her side kick Buddy, Debbie, and Michael hosted the “Christmas Blessing’s” fundraiser to benefit Deaf Dogs Rock and to also benefit our friends at the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center. They all worked very hard asking friends and family to consider donating to two worthy causes that are close to their hearts and they raised enough for us to sponsor another four deaf dogs into rescue (close to $800).

We are so thankful for this generous outpouring of love. We want to thank Missy, Buddy, Debbie, Michael, and all their friends/family who donated to help both Deaf Dogs Rock and the Southwest Virginia Wildlife Center here in Roanoke Virginia.

It truly was a Christmas blessing!
