Update 3/14/24: Prince is a 4 year old happy active boy searching for a foster or adopter.
We recently celebrated his 4th birthday and hope this will be his special year to find his family.
Meet adoptable deaf 4 year old Prince who is currently waiting at a shelter for a new family to come and adopt him.
From his shelter advocate: Prince is a happy, active 3 year old pittie mix rescued from a crowded NJ shelter. His former family had no time for him.
This 65 pound handsome boy graduated from obedience training as the only deaf dog in his class. He knows hand signals, is food motivated, and walks well on leash. Prince is both people and dog friendly – loves doggie daycare and lots of play.
Prince needs a home with an active family (older teens) where someone is there with him most of the day – a foster or adopter to continue his training and invest time in this really good boy. Prince is patiently waiting for that special home.
