Meet adoptable deaf, 1.5 year old hound mix Prancer who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him and teach him new sign cues. He is crate trained, good with children, good with other dogs and cats. He is up to date on vaccines, HW negative, neutered and micro-chipped. Prancer is 50 pounds of pure joy and will bring great fun to a new family.

From his rescue advocate:

This sweet boy needs a “real” forever home! He’s a great pup!

Prancer gets along with dogs and cats.  He has moderate energy and he loves playing with toys. He is crate/kennel trained and he is neutered. He is also HW negative, up to date on his routine vaccinations and micro-chipped. He is also on Flea/Heartworm prevention.

The only issue with this sweetie is that he is deaf, but is that truly an issue? He is an amazing deaf dog that deserves an amazing life.
Prancer was originally picked up and brought to a local municipal shelter at 10 weeks old and stayed there for almost a year.
Hopeful Hearts Animal Rescue took him in and took care of all his medical care and he has been my foster since September.
Please share this gorgeous, smart and playful pup.

Please help us find him a FURever home!
He’s also available for a verified rescue pull.
