2/19/18: We got some great news today and that is Phantom was adopted a few weeks ago and he is doing great in his new home. We are so happy to hear he is doing so well. Live long and prosper Phantom. A big shout out to the Cherryland Humane Society for advocating, for Phantom, listing him available for adoption and finding him an awesome home. We appreciate animal shelters that go that extra mile for a deaf dog. According to our Deaf Dogs Rock Executive Team, the Cherryland Humane Society Team totally rocks! ~ Christina, Nitro, Bud, Bowie and Cornell – Deaf Dogs Rock

Playing may consist of fetch, just running around, or even chewing on your shoes. Phantom is learning that shoes are not toys and will need an adopter who can work with his bad habit. Due to Phantom being deaf, he is learning sign language and how to respond to a vibration collar. He is such a smart dog. He makes up for his lack of manners with his sweet, affectionate, lovable personality. Phantom loves his doggy friends and playing with them all day is his favorite activity.
