Meet adoptable deaf 4.5 year old Odie who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will become his new best friend and always keep him safe.

Odie is a wonderful boy who is ready for any adventure! At 4.5 years old he still has a lot of energy and would be great in an active home! He knows basic commands like sit and shake. And being highly treat motivated he is ready to learn everything else, like walking better on a lead. Odie can be a bit of a jumper, so we suggest a 6ft fence. He is great with kids! He does well with most female dogs but wants to be the more dominant one when it comes to the males. Car rides are super fun for Odie! He also has a fantastic sniffer!

Even though he is only deaf in his right ear, he doesn’t depend on the hearing out of his left ear since he can’t trust where the sound is coming from. So he should be treated as a fully deaf dog. That doesn’t stop him from being the best boy out there!
