Meet adoptable deaf one year old, Border Collie/Blue Heeler/Catahoula/Australian Shephard mix Moose who is looking for a loving forever home with an active person who will cherish him, make daily positive reinforcement training/socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep him safe.

From his caregiver: Moose is a 1 year old cattle dog that gets along with our other dogs and our cats. Thou, he is a young dog he still has all that puppy energy so he can be a bit of a handful for the cats and older dogs at times due not being able to hear their vocal cues to stop. He will need space when he gets his zoomies. He sleeps in a crate at night; is learning some hand signals for Sit, Off, No, Down. He can be a little shy in new situations/environments. He needs someone with the time and experience to work with him as he navigates through life.

His adoption fee is $250 to a screened and approved home only. You must live within 125 miles of Tracy CA to be considered for adoption (further distances up to 200 miles may be considered to the right family who is a good match for Moose as long at it doesn’t go East of Nevada).
