Mira means “look” in Spanish, and just look at this gorgeous girl!

Mira is a beautiful, energetic girl deaf pup who is still learning everything there is to know about this big world. She is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, make her a member of your family and always keep her safe. She has been raised in a home with other dogs and loves to play, so a tolerant friend would be best. When she is tired of playing, Mira is always ready for a good snuggle.

Toys are a big highlight of her day. Mira loves chewing on and playing with all kinds of toys, but balls are her absolute favorite! You must have a good throwing arm because she can chase a ball and bring it back to you for as long as you are willing to throw it.

Mira is a smart girl and is very eager to learn. She knows look, come, stay, sit, no, leave it, good job, good girl, stop, wait, and more! The cool thing is, she knows all of this in American Sign Language. Mira was born with a genetic condition called Waardenburg Syndrome. She has the most beautiful white coat and striking blue eyes, but she is also 100% deaf and has a sight impairment. Does she let this hold her back? No way!

The perfect home for Mira would be one that is more active. She is still a puppy and loves activity, so a family that is patient and willing to continue her training is a must. Mira would love to show you how to “talk” to her and to continue to learn new words with you!
