Meet adoptable deaf one year old Miles who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make daily positive reinforcement training and a structured routine a priority and always keep him safe.
From his shelter advocate: Miles came to us as a stray. He is snow white and a sturdy guy of 50 lbs. He is very people friendly and has been good for all handling and vetting. He will be neutered before leaving the shelter. He has bulldozer puppy energy and loves to play. Know sit with a hand signal and takes treats very gently. He would need more socialization with dogs to learn more about how to behave appropriately, as he tends to run up on them and get in their face, but he is an incredibly smart boy and should learn quickly in the right setting.
Miles has never escalated beyond the initial big HELLO! He can be a wiggle worm when working with him, but a good romp usually calms him down. We would love to find him a home with someone with the time to commit to helping him be all he can be.
