Update 12/11/18: McKenzie is still available for adoption. She is doing good in her foster home, she is good with the other dogs in the home and sometimes she is a little too interested in the cats. She would not be good with kids under the age of 16 because she can be mouthy when she is playing (not trying to bite just being mouthy). She is also 100% house trained.

Meet adoptable deaf 1.5 year old mini Bull Terrier McKenzie who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, make positive reinforcement training a priority and always keep her safe.

From her rescue: Looking for sweet, smart and a little sassy? Look no further! McKenzie is all that wrapped up in to a mini-Bull Terrier Package! Great with other dogs, she is an active 1.5 year old spayed female who loves to play and is super social. She is still a pup, so she needs to learn a few manners, but is very engaged and wants to please!

McKenzie is super snuggley on chilly winter nights, you’ll always have a cuddle buddy by your side! She also loves to go on runs with her foster folks, play with their labs, and is super food motivated. She is a little over-curious about cats, so training would be a must to keep both her and kitty happy. With a little guidance and positive training, this special girl will truly shine! A buddy for adventures, and the perfect partner for curling up by the fire – this girl truly has it all! A special dog indeed!
