Update 1/02/18: Lynx has been adopted.
From Cathi:
Lynx, the 6 year old deaf cattle dog from Red Sky Rescue in Indiana. He has gone home! Lynx now lives with a retired couple, Rick and Deb Hansen, in Seattle, Washington who have had a deaf red heeler female named Bailey for 8 years. Lynx and Bailey are fast friends! Last week, Rick and Deb took Lynx and Bailey to their cabin in the mountains an hour from Seattle where the two dogs romped in the snow … such lucky dogs! See attached photos!
Thank you so much for your wonderful website! This is the second deaf dog from Red Sky Rescue who has found a home through your kind efforts! It’s a happy New Year, indeed, for Lynx!
Hugs,
Cathi
Deaf Dog Lynx
ADOPTED! – Lynx is house trained and well behaved. He is very friendly, playful, great with older children (14+)and loves the company of other dogs. Lynx is not a fan of cats. A behavioral trainer close to Red Sky Rescue has offered to train Lynx using a vibration collar to teach him basic obedience skills.
