Update 9/01/17: Louie has been adopted! Louie was adopted by a lovely Deaf woman who is a teacher in a School for Deaf children. Now Louie gets to go to some of her classes, he is learning American Sign Language and is there to help the children. What a wonderful story and life for sweet Louie!
