Meet sweet adoptable deaf, 1.5 year old Catahoula/Idaho Shag mix Lori who is looking for an active home with someone who will give her time to decompress, make daily enrichment/exercise a priority and always keep her safe.

From her rescue advocate: Lori came into Central Arizona Animal Search and Rescue care via a rehoming ad suggesting she would be euthanized if an adopter could not be found. Our rescue reached out and they finally responded because we had had a deaf rescue pup previously.

Lori is half Catahoula and half Idaho Shag. Born 4/23/22, she was left in a back yard without training for her first six months. She has now been spayed, knows beginning sign language, and is starting to be attentive, responsive, and seeks affection.
