Meet adoptable deaf terrier mix Leah who is looking for a loving home with someone who will cherish her, have her be the only dog and always keep her safe.

Update on Leah 1/07/20: She has come a long way since arriving at the humane society. She is trusting with staff and very playful. She is also beginning to learn hand signals and is being taught sit. She was initially frightened by the use of hand signals at her arrival. I would also like to add some additional photos of her.

From her shelter: Leah is a super sweet girl looking for her forever home. She is a terrier mix that is about 6-7 years old. She would do best in a home as the only pet, and with kids 13 and older as she can get a little nippy when startled. She loves to go for walks, especially around the lake! Leah is spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on all vaccines and prevention. She has been at the shelter for about 6 months and is just ready to go home!
