Update 3/6/10: Kilo is still available for adoption so he is looking for a loving home where he will be the only pet.

Kilo is a 5yo, deaf, Staffordshire Terrier who is looking for a loving forever home where he will be the only pet and have a secure fenced in yard to keep him safe. He is looking for a person who will be patient with him, never put him in compromising positions and always keep him safe.

Kilo is white with adorable black freckling all over his chunky body! He is a deaf boy, and his mom came to us to relinquish him when Covid struck and she had to move in with a family member where she couldn’t have him. This was 2 and a half years ago, and we have yet to find his perfect match, but they’re out there looking for him too! He is up to date on his Rabies, Distemper and Bordatella vaccines, and is neutered. He’s been fostered in a kennel setting, and is very adaptable to routine/change as long as given adequate time and understanding. He knows a handful of hand signals like sit, down, com

He may be a little cautious at first, but is an incredibly affectionate boy once you gain his trust, and love! We are hoping for a home with older or no children, he’s done very well with older kids (10 and up). No other pets. He prefers to be the only furry child, and doesn’t read body language very well from the other pups, and overly loves on cats making them really not a fan of him so a no to them as well! We are also hoping for his new home to have a fenced yard. He LOVES his kiddie pool, and we are pretty positive he’s half hippo! Does the most adorable zoomies, leaps and bounds! He is very athletic for a meatball! And is very treat/food motivated. He loves to go for car rides/on hiking adventures! He is a very special boy to us all, and we would love nothing more than to see him in a happy home of his own!
