Meet adoptable deaf dog Kellan who is looking for a loving forever home.

From his advocate: Kellan found himself at our shelter on 3/25/23 as a stray and was never reclaimed. He is a young male around 48 pounds who has been doing remarkably well in the shelter given we didn’t diagnose him as deaf until 6/12/23! He had not been displaying any behavior that would indicate he was deaf until he went into a foster home. Before he was placed in a foster home, he was attending playgroups with other dogs where he was social with other dogs! He had loose body language with them, displayed some “chase play” and no aggression was observed.

His foster reports that he is doing really well out of the shelter environment and learning lots! We would love to see this wonderful boy find his perfect, forever home soon!
