Meet adoptable deaf, one year old bully mix June who is looking for a loving forever home where she will be the only pet.

From her shelter advocate: June is a one year old deaf girl who needs help learning to adapt to her world. She is about 40 pounds and a bundle of energy. June first came to us in May from a local animal control facility who picked her us as a stray. Unfortunately no one ever came looking for her. At that time she was a mostly stress-free girl who didn’t really know how to interact with other dogs.

During her time at the SPCA she has shown that she startles easily and overstimulates easily. She needs a family willing to help her overcome her fears and help her expend the energy she builds up. June is up to date on all vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, spayed, heartworm negative, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. June loves to play and loves toys, but she is overly protective of her toys and her food so no other dogs, cats or small children in her new home.
