Meet adoptable deaf 6 month old (8-17-23) female bully mix Judy who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, provide a daily structured routine which would include positive reinforcement training/socialization/enrichment and always keep her safe.

From her current caregiver: Judy, named after disability activist Judy Heumann, is an white bully mix believed to have been born in August of 23 and left with littermates in an ice storm in Memphis. The family finding her made sure she got all her shots to-date, spayed her and she is heartworm negative.

Has her adult teeth and think she is more Terrier than Pit. Their original big dog however was not having any other animals in the house and have fostered her for 2 weeks.

She is house and crate trained and hears upper decibels like a whistle. She is learning not to jump up and sit signals. She loves playing with my neighbors older pup they wrestle , chase and pull opposite tug toys. She’s smart and the Kong toys are a lifesaver.
Having another dog who likes to co-play would be a big plus. Crate age for training. Open to perhaps go halfway with transport to a new home.

Judy’s adoption fee is $150 to a screened and approved home. We are looking for someone who is within a 2 hour drive time of Memphis TN to be considered for Judy’s adoption.
