Meet adoptable deaf 5 month old Husky mix Honey who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, make daily positive reinforcement training, socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep her safe.

 

From her current caregiver: Looking for a Loving home for this sweet Pup!
This is Honey! she is a husky mix puppy we took in because the environment she was in wasn’t ideal. We hoped we could make it work, but we also wanted to ensure she ended up in a good home if we couldn’t. A few weeks after getting her, we discovered she’s deaf.

She’s around 5 months old and not yet trained. She will need to go to an owner that is willing to put in the time and work to get her properly trained. She has a very sweet personality and is great with kids. She loves being around other animals and people. She’s a high-energy dog, so she would thrive with someone who has a farm/ yard where she can run around in. As much as we love her and don’t want to rehome her, we live in an apartment and we think she’d be happier in a home that will be able to better suit her needs.
