Meet adoptable deaf puppy Harper who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make daily positive reinforcement training/socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep him safe.

Harper is a happy, playful little puppy who also happens to be deaf. Deaf dogs don’t know they’re different—they just need families willing to learn how they communicate through love, patience, and positive training. They live full, joyful lives just like any other dog.

Now Harper is safe, loved, and ready for the best chapter of all: finding his forever family. Harper’s adoption fee is $400 to a screened and approved home.
