Update 10/23/17: Great news! Deaf Rocker dog Harlem has been adopted. We so appreciated everything the Franklin County Dog Shelter staff did during Deaf Dog Awareness Week. They took pretty deaf girl Harlem to the local TV News stations to let the general public know about how much living with deaf dogs can Rock and also brought attention to our organization Deaf Dogs Rock. We were very excited to get a email this morning letting us know that Harlem got adopted.
