Meet adoptable deaf bully mix Hank who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will continue his positive reinforcement sign training, cherish him and always keep him safe.
From the shelter: Say hello to happy-go-lucky Hank! Hank was found as a local stray, and is now searching for a forever home. To the best of the NCAL staff’s knowledge, Hank is believed to be partially, if not fully deaf. This handsome fellow has a smile that will light up any room. Hank enjoys the fenced in area here at NCAL, and loves to play ball as well as get his crazy zoomies out!
Hank is an absolute lover of people, and is happiest and content whenever someone is near. He has a captivating charm, and lighthearted personality that is sure to keep anyone in proximity uplifted. So far Hank has done well with the other dogs he has met at the shelter and seems to enjoy his buddy walks. The ideal home for Hank would be someone who has the time and energy to continue with Hank’s basic training. He is still in the process of learning basic commands and overall manners, but he aims to please! Hank has had minimal interactions with children so a home with respectful, dog-savvy or older children would be best.
Is Hank the ideal match for you? Please stop into NCAL to visit with Hank, and learn more about him yourself!
