Meet adoptable deaf, 11 year old dog Hank who is looking for a loving forever home with no other pets or children to live out his days surrounded by love. Hank is small at only 30 pounds. He is house trained and crate trained.

From his current caregiver: Our hearts are absolutely broken as we are expecting a child this summer and have to re-home our sweet 11-year old boy, Hank.
Hank is located in the Twin Cities, Minnesota, is a deaf 30-lb mixed breed, and is happy to go with the flow: whether that’s running 5 miles or lounging on the couch all day, Hank will absolutely follow your lead. Outside of needing to be an only dog and not doing well around small kids, he’s very well-behaved and eager-to-please.

Hank knows and follows many hand signals: outside, sit, lie down, wait, and more. He has never had table scraps so doesn’t beg for food (although you are certainly welcome to change that!). Will provide a 50-lb bag of dog food and will make sure he has his routine annual vet exam prior to your taking him. Please consider giving this wonderful boy a warm and loving home and a great second chance to live out his senior days.

You must live within a 3 hour drive of St. Paul MN to be considered for adoption. Hank’s adoption fee is $150 to a screened and approved home. If you are interested in adopting Hank, please email Eaya to get a blank adoption application to fill out.
