Hello! My name is Duna and I’m waiting for my new forever home. I just turned 1 year old and I was born deaf in BCS (Mexico). I was surrendered by people who weren’t able to care for me.

I am now in foster home through Cortez Rescue and Outreach. I am adapting quite well with my foster family, I’m even enjoying my fellow foster companions a great deal. I am a good dog, very attentive, and I love people and other dogs. Because I am deaf, I am always watching you for a clue of what to do. I know a few hand signs and am working on learning more. I just need someone with a little patience who is willing to show me and guide me. I am energetic and playful adventurous and a big bonus is that am completely house trained. Although my foster family is amazing, I would love to have my own forever family. Won’t you please consider me – I promise to love you forever and ever.
