A little over a week ago I received another late night email about a deaf boxer puppy who needed help. Since I am a huge SUCKER for deaf white boxer’s I knew I had to come up with some way DDR could help him.

Here is the email message I received:

Hello.   I’m in desperate need of help for a deaf boxer named Dublin.  His mom has has a medical emergency and cannot take care of this one year boy. Her husband wants to drop him at a pound. Do you know of anyone that can save this guy.

As soon as I finished reading the email I reached out to one of our rescue warrior women friends at  Green Dogs Unleashed Rescue to see if they would consider letting Deaf Dogs Rock sponsor a young boxer boy into their rescue. Erika with Green Dogs Unleash did not hesitate for even a second and she immediately emailed the woman who was trying to help Dublin and arranged to get him to Troy, Va.
