Since our Deaf Dogs Rock community has been sponsoring and helping so many dogs on the East Coast lately, I decided to offer a sponsorship to a dog out West. We have listed at least 4 or 5 dogs in the past few years from Northern California Boxer Rescue so when I heard deaf boxer girl Dora needed some promotion and exposure I reached out to No. Ca. Boxer Rescue to sponsor her.

Because of our Deaf Dogs Rock Community sponsorship her adoption fee was dropped from $300 to $150 which is wonderful because we all know when we adopt a new dog we head right over to Petsmart and drop a couple of hundred on supplies for our new dog.
Deaf Dogs Rock and Dora also got a wonderful surprise when the Orlando Examiner was doing a special story on “Deaf dogs and cats make great pets: Unique training tips and tales”.
