Meet adoptable deaf dog Cordelia who is looking for a loving and calm forever home with someone who will cherish her, teach her new sign cues and always keep her safe.

From her rescue advocate: Cordelia came from back yard breeders. The dad was a mastiff and mom a mix and there were three puppies as far as we know. All were deaf and all have neurological issues. The dad was about 70lbs and mom about 50lbs and puppies are about 35lbs and 2yrs old now. One died while getting a neuter and one was adopted and now there is only Cordelia. She is a bit of a nervous dog around a lot of people. She would not be good in a house with children under 12 yrs old. She likes dogs and would probably be ok with a cat. She is crate trained and semi potty trained.

Dordelia does not tell you when she has to go outside to do her business so she just gets let out about every 4hrs. She likes her Nylabones to chew on. She eats a salmon sensitive stomach food. She likes to take walks. She has a hard time with a lot of stairs and runs funny. She wears a GPS collar and a deaf dog collar. I think she would like a house without a lot of commotion and a fenced yard.
