Meet deaf puppy Chelsea who is looking for a loving forever home.

She is a nine week old pup from the Austin Texas area. She is incredibly sweet and looking for a home to help build her confidence and help her learn a different way to navigate the world. She and her siblings have been in foster care with Jack Jacks Pack since they were almost 6 weeks old, rescued from the streets.

Chelsea has shown to be submissive of other dogs, but is also very hesitant to do new things unlike her siblings. She wants to be a part of their world, but doesn’t understand how to yet. She has started training on basics yet still very new to commands.
Chelsea is eligible for adoption from Texas to Canada as the rescue does do out-of-state adoptions.
