Update 5/10/17: Casper had been adopted!
Meet deaf puppy Casper who was just adopted in May , 17.
He was found for sale with his littermate in a Walmart parking lot. A kind lady took them home, weaned them, and got them ready for adoption. Casper came to rescue. He has been neutered, is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, partially potty trained, crate trained and socialized with dogs and cats.
