Meet adoptable deaf two year old Australian Cattle dog Boe (he is a blue heeler) who is looking for a special home with someone who will cherish him, become his new best friend, teach him cool new sign cues, and have time to spend with him. He is such a good boy but his mama is a full time mom, student and employee which leaves Boe home all alone. He has so much to give and would love to go on fun walks, car rides and hiking adventures. He would love a home with a secure fenced in yard to keep him safe. Boe is good with kids, other dogs and his house trained and crate trained. He does get excited and might knock over little tiny humans so older kids may be best (7+).

From his caregiver: Boe is an amazing dog. He is such a spunky guy and just loves to be around everyone! He loves having buddies to play with and also loves having room to run around everywhere! He knows some hand signals like “sit” “stand” “down” “paw” and “come”. I became a single mom last year in june and between being a full time mom, student, and employee, plus having boe has just been a hardship and sadly boe is locked up most of his days during the week which isn’t fair to him! He is 2 years old and is updated on all of his vaccines.

Boe’s adoption fee is $250.00 to a screened and approved home only. He is neutered and fully vetted. You also must live within a 3.5 hour drive of Estacada Oregon to be considered for adoption. Estacada is just outside of Gresham, Portland and not far from Vancouver.  If you are seriously interested in meeting Boe and adopting him, please email Isavell at: isavellcarter1@gmail.com
