Meet adoptable deaf 3.5 year old bully mix  Bobby (From DDR: This pup looks like a boxer-cattle dog mix)  who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make daily enrichment/exercise a priority and always keep him safe. He is looking for a new BFF!

From his shelter advocate: Bobby is a favorite in our shelter. He is well-loved and everyone is so happy for him when he gets adopted and sad for him when he comes back in. He has been through a lot: a family with too many kids and no time to care for a deaf dog; a couple that broke up and surrendered him back to the shelter; and then the family with a cat he chased (no one knew he would chase a cat).

Bobby is such a good boy – no messes in his kennel, gets along with everyone he interacts with, and is quiet and calm. One of our volunteers is a professional dog trainer and she has been teaching him hand signals – he is such a quick and eager learner! We are happy to show his forever family these signals and other training tactics so that effective communication with Bobby remains intact.

Bobby just needs someone to see how cute and awesome he is. In the right home, we are confident that he will thrive and provide you with immeasurable love, loyalty, and companionship.
