Meet adoptable deaf dog Apollo who is looking for a loving home with someone who will cherish him, be committed to continuing his training and always keep him safe.
From Apollo: “Hi! I’m APOLLO! I am a one year and 8 month old bully mix, and I weigh about 60 lbs. I’m housebroken and crate-trained. I loves to play with my peoples! I like other dogs after I get a slow and proper introduction to them. I haven’t spent any time around cats, so I’m not sure how I feel about them. I am special needs–I’m deaf. Know what that means? You can vacuum, drop a heavy object, yell at the TV, and I’ll just snore through it!
I prefer older children, because I get excited when I play. I don’t want to accidentally knock someone over or scare them with my energy! I love Nylabones and Kongs—and I love to destroy soft toys—so maybe I shouldn’t have many of those. Hey—I’m young and I like to chew—I’ll grow out of it, especially if I’m kept busy!
I am a sweet loving boy, who just needs consistency with my obedience training to be the perfect companion for almost any household.”
