Angus is a big cuddle bug once he gets to know you. He understands several signed commands including sit, shake, wait, and come. He needs a loving forever home with someone who is experienced with Separation Anxiety and who works from home. Angus absolutely loves other animals and does well with cats and dogs, however he has never been around small children and honestly he would probably have too much energy for small children. Angus takes some time to warm up to you, and he will act very skittish at first with some slight growling until he realizes you’re a friend then he’s alright.

I’m looking to rehome Angus because he has severe separation anxiety and would flourish in a home where someone works from home or he won’t have to be kenneled very often. He does well with a routine and lots of exercise. Due to his anxiety he is on meds, however these would be adjusted as you saw fit as they’re mainly for when he needs to be kenneled. He has no issues being pilled. Angus would be a great addition to a house that already has another dog as he loves to have a buddy around constantly.

Angus does need to wear a muzzle when his nails need to be trimmed but he is muzzle trained. He is also leashed trained using a gentle leader.

He will come with a industrial type kennel to be kenneled in if you need to run errands or go into town. To be considered for adoption you must live within a two hour drive of Centerburg Ohio to be considered. Angus has an adoption fee of $200 to a screened and approved home only (and you will get his crate for free). If you are interested in adopting Angus, please contact Kami at kam.bentz00@gmail.com
