Meet adoptable deaf 2.5 year old blue heeler Freckles who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will become her new best friend, cherish her, teach her new sign cues and always keep her safe.

From her shelter advocate: Freckles is a few years old and a deaf cattle dog mix. She knows some sign language commands and is very willing to learn and a very smart cookie. She seems like she is not reactive to other dogs, but in typical deaf dog fashion is a little in your face sometimes. She was fine with cats as well our volunteers love her as well as their older kids!
