Meet adoptable deaf dog Zuri who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her and always keep her safe.
From her rescue: Zuri found her way into a facility in Enterprise, AL that euthanizes dogs due to overcrowding. Local rescues came and took all the other dogs in this facility and left poor Zuri there because she is deaf and was anxious in the kennel environment so she would circle. Lucky for Zuri one rescue heard about her and didn’t hesitate to get her out and into a foster home. At her foster home Zuri has 10 other dogs to play with and she gets along with everyone. She also has a cat who Zuri likes to tease and play with. Good thing the cat likes dogs and plays right back.
Zuri is an energetic, strong, fun loving, playful and loving pitty. She loves to be with her humans and be right in the middle of whatever it is you are doing. She will require exercise and continued training. She will tolerate the kennel/crate for short periods of time but isn’t a fan of it. She is house trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She walks on a leas, likes car rides and is good in stores. Zuri brings energy, fun and excitement into her environment at times and is also a great snuggle time, rest in your lap kind of day love bug. She is an absolute joy to be around.
When adopted, Zuri will come up to date on shots and spayed.
