Tank is a handsome fellow with an interesting past. He was originally transported to NH from the south a few years ago.
Tank was adopted and lived with a family for 5 years before being returned because the new toddler in the home was a bit much for him.
He was adopted again and lived happily with his new family until they were forced to move to a new location that didn’t allow dogs. Poor Tank was once again returned to the shelter where he now waits for someone who will give him his lasting final forever home!
He could potentially live with smaller dogs and older children. He really loves his people so a home where someone is home most of the time would be ideal. When he gets lonely he sometimes sings a mournful song that nearby neighbors might not appreciate. He is house trained, knows some hand signals, and will definitely work for food!
P.S. He also has some vision loss in one of his eyes.
