Meet sweet deaf dog Sprinkles!

There is something special about a lady with class. Is it her sense of style that sets her apart? Or maybe it’s her beautiful, gentle smile or the way she does her hair? For this classy lady, it’s all of these things and more. Sprinkles is a lady who has it all. She’s got the sweet, loveliness of Judy Garland mixed with the spunk and strong will of Katharine Hepburn. She is a beautiful, gentle, classy girl “from Australia” (Australian Cattle Dog) with a lot of heart seeking a home.

Sprinkles is  9 years old. She is healthy and bright. She’s been spayed, is house trained and crate trained. Sprinkles is also hearing impaired. Not surprisingly, it doesn’t slow her down a bit. She is active and sweet and loves play time, but she’s a little on the skittish side because of her hearing loss.

Families with older children or without children will work best for her because fast, sudden movements startle her. She is seeking a new home because her family’s dynamic was changing and they wanted her to have the best lifestyle suited to her needs as they could find. A family with “deaf dog” experience is not required. All that is needed is the desire to love and learn about her.

Out of state adoptions are welcome for consideration. Transport can be arranged (depending on the location).
