Meet adoptable deaf, 1.5 year old blue heeler Reggie who is looking for a loving home with someone who will cherish him and keep him safe. He would do best in a home with a large fenced in back yard where he can run, play and stay safe.

From his caregiver: My name is Reggie – Reginald Ragland that is for those Alabama Crimson Tide fans! My birthday is January 24th 2018 and I was 1 of a litter of 11 and I looked exactly like my dad Hank. I am a full blooded Blue Heeler or some say Australian Cattle Dog. I am totally deaf to all sounds, but I have excellent eye sight and a will to learn very quickly. My original mom and dad lived on several acres of land, but moved to the city for work and now I am very bored in a neighborhood back yard. I am good with other dogs, but can quickly be dominated.
All I want to do is play and be loved on. I have had no training with cats, but I love kids. I am fully house trained/crate trained and I actually sleep in the bed with my human brother.
My mom and dad are having a really hard time with this, so they really want me to go to a home that I can run until I can’t run anymore (a big fenced yard so I will stay safe). I love to play fetch, but I am also very good at playing by myself. I wouldn’t do well in an apartment because I need a place to play or at least a lot of outdoor time.
