Meet adoptable deaf Catahoula mix Palo who is hoping and dreaming he will find a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, continue to teach him new things using positive reinforcement training/enrichment and always keep him safe.

From his rescue advocate: Palo is around a one year old and deaf. He was found as a stray in TX and made his way to CT in hopes of finding a forever home. Palo is a Catahoula mix. He is a large puppy at heart. He gets super excited when he meets new people and if ignored he can be a bit mouthy so we don’t recommend he live with small children. He is great with other dogs and fine around cats. He needs an active family who will give him the exercise he needs but will end the day with lots of snuggles. He knows, signs ofr sit, down, no, come and food. He loves to train and is very food motivated.
