Meet adoptable, deaf, one year old bully mix Katrina who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her and always keep her safe.

From her rescue advocate: Katrina is an adorable, happy-go-lucky girl. This sweetheart enjoys being by your side and prefers not to be left alone for long periods of time. Katrina shows her affection through gentle kisses and lots of cuddles. When she isn’t cuddling you, she loves playing fetch, exploring outside and sunbathing. Being deaf doesn’t slow her down or hinder her life one bit.

Katrina has already learned some hand signals in her foster home. Katrina is being fostered with four other dogs and while we’re taking introductions very slow due to her recent spay surgery, all signs are that she’s very happy to see them when they’re nearby. She’s mostly housebroken, which we’re sure she’ll master soon, and is learning that the crate is her safe space where she can enjoy some “me” time. Katrina is very curious about new places and people. When out and about, she’s friendly to everyone she meets, including kids. As long as you’re by her side, she is game for anything. If you are interested in adopting her, the first step to take is to fill out an adoption application to be considered for adoption (or for a meet and greet) here: https://lovepawspg.org/animals/dog-adoption-application/
