Meet adoptable deaf bully mix June Bug who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her and always keep her safe. Sweet June Bug has been patiently waiting at the shelter for an entire year! It is her time to shine and find a loving home.

From her shelter advocate: June Bug came to the shelter June of 2023 and has been with us since. She can be calm and quiet when needed, but can also be high energy and be the playmate you always wanted. She loves water and to go swimming. She is very affectionate and loves to cuddle with her humans. She is a little on the chunky side right now, weighing 53 pounds when she should weigh closer to 45 pounds.

June Bug has been put on a diet food and taken for extra walks and playtime. She would do best with children 6 years or older. She would do great in a family setting or even single owner. We have no prior history about her before coming to us, she was picked up by animal control and brought to us. She was heartworm positive when she first got to us, but she had undergone treatment and is now cleared.

June Bug is interested in other dogs, but she does struggle to communicate with them. She is fully vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She gets her monthly heartworm prevention. She walks best with a harness. She is a bully bread mix. She does not react aggressively when she gets startled. She is a pretty safe girl and just the sweetest thing.
