Meet adoptable deaf dog Dooley who is looking for a loving forever home.

From the shelter: Hi, I’m Dooley!

You can call me Dooley, The Dools, Tiny Boy, or just about anything!

I am very excited to meet you, and I just know we are going to be best friends. I came from a shelter in North Carolina and have been hanging out at AHS since March 2019. My hobbies include sleeping (a lot!), exploring the world (there’s so much to see!), and getting into a little trouble (I’m still a puppy after all!). My favorite toys are tennis balls and my favorite treats are all treats!

I don’t have much life experience yet, but I’m willing to learn if you have the time to teach me. I am a star student and am currently working on learning hand signals and other general good boy stuff. If you have other pets in your home already, I would love to meet them! I love playing with other dogs and regularly romp around in play groups here at the shelter. My ideal home would be one that has 1) lots of treats 2) lots of patience 3) people who love tennis balls as much as I do! Since I’m still an energetic puppy, I would prefer a home with older kids or teenagers.

Do you think I might be the perfect match for you? I sure hope so. Love, Dooley.
