Meet adoptable deaf 7.5 month old Crunchy who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make daily positive reinforcement training/socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep him safe.

From his caregiver: Crunchy is mostly deaf with very little hearing of different octaves. Came to us at 7.5 months old with all the shots, chipped and Neutered and is 9 months old at this time. Has been very good with extended stays in the home without accidents inside. Loves to chew on toys and bones which is where he gets his name.

Extremely soft fur, cuddly, gentle and affectionate. Does well with Dogs, Cats, Kids and all people! Roughly 40-45 lbs and is a Pure White Jack Russell Terrier and Staffordshire Terrier Mix with tan spots on the back of his ears. Very cute.

Crunchy came to me from the local church dog park. He was found up in Travelers Rest by some young kids. They brought him to the dog park as an option to leave him instead of the shelters that are full. A local woman from the park took him in but cannot handle 2 dogs at her age. I offered to foster him until we found a Forever Home. Crunchy would do well in a home where he has company. This could be people whom work from home, homeschool children, retired, have other animals or need a service animal. Currently I work 10-12 hr days and he does handle that well with the other animals in the home. He just prefers company.

The current foster home has a 90 lb Staffordshire Terrier mix with a Gray and White cat. They all get along very well.
