Meet adoptable deaf dog Briggs who is a 14 month old catahoula mix looking for a loving home where he will be cherished and always kept safe.
From his rescue: Briggs is deaf and visually impaired. He is with Perfect Imperfections Rescue in Ct. He is house broken and crate trained. He is neutered and up to date on all his shots. Briggs is super sweet and loves everyone. He loves to play with other dogs. He walks well on a leash. Briggs navigates very well for being almost completely blind.
He rarely bumps into things and can chase a ball and other dogs. He loves to play but he also loves his naps and to cuddle on your lap at the end of the day. Briggs will need a fenced in yard to keep him safe and allow him to investigate and play. He rarely barks except when his nose catches the scent of something new in the yard.
He loves to lay under chairs or on shelves of furniture. I think this makes him feel safe and he can avoid being run over by the other dogs in the house. He loves to go for car rides. Briggs has meet children and is very gentle with them. Briggs would love a family who will play with him, take him for long walks and have a lap he can cuddle on.
